I wonder
Why is watching proceedings in the British House of Commons far more enjoyable than watching our own House of Representatives? Could it be that they have smiles and tongues in cheek even as they argue? Surely not, it must be the accents.

We get the PMQs on CPAC in Canada. It is such a refreshing difference from watching Question Period from the House of Commons in Ottawa, which is a cacaphony of insults, catcalls, shrieking, and general yelling and behaving worse than a corral of two year olds fighting. Could that be it too?
