Seems if Rudy gets the nomination, a group of evangelical Christians has threatened to back a third party candidate.
It might be nice to clear them out of the Party, but they will vote Rudy if he gets the nomination. Three words why: Madam President Clinton.

Ross Perot did it back in '92, and ensured that Clinton (the one that was impeached) got elected with a plurality of the vote.
Regarding your "5 year plan" for your student loans, I hope you've considered the contingency that Hillary might be elected President, and that she's going to raise your taxes.
I guess it doesn't really matter. You'll probably be too exhausted from your 90-hour work week at your law firm to notice the tax hike.
